Job Description The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's finance and accounting functions, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial planning. Reporting to senior management, the role will provide strategic financial guidance, optimize business performance, and support informed decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities * Lead the Finance and Accounting Department, overseeing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. * Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately, completely, and in a timely manner in accordance with IFRS and company policies. * Develop, implement, and continuously enhance accounting policies, financial controls, and operational procedures. * Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cash flow, and treasury activities to support business objectives. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and performance analysis. * Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with statutory, tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements. * Monitor project costs, evaluate financial performance, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. * Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, government authorities, investors, and other key stakeholders. * Support executive management by providing financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and business insights. * Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Ensure effective risk management practices and maintain robust internal control frameworks. * Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and reporting capabilities. Reporting Line The Finance Manager reports directly to the Executive Management and works closely with department heads, project teams, external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities to ensure sound financial governance and support the organization's strategic objectives.
المهارات والخبرة المطلوبة:
Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent certification. 10–12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position. Proven experience in the real estate development, construction, or project-based industry is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, taxation, and internal controls. Demonstrated experience in preparing financial statements, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Strong financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and business analysis skills. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams. Experience working with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive management. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
